This short-term goal will be gratifying and keep you motivated to press on until you are eventually able to climb 20 flights of stairs without stopping.
Make a Fitness Plan
Next, a personal trainer will help you with a personalized fitness plan to achieve your goals. This will be some kind of training (yoga, cardio, weights, etc.) and diet mix catered to the results you are after.
Demonstrate Proper Technique
Finally, your personal trainer will show you how to properly perform the exercises you will be incorporating in your fitness plan. This step is very important for avoiding injury and maximizing effectiveness. Don’t be afraid to express any concerns you have with the chosen workouts, better safe than sorry is always a good approach.
